Professional poop scooping Service

Please read these terms & conditions carefully before using Our Service:

All dogs must be secured inside with all windows and doors including doggy doors properly secured/ locked to ensure no accidental escapes of your dog(s), before we service your yard or we reserve the right to decline your scheduled service. Should there be an accidental escape of your dog(s), the PREMIUM SCOOPERS Service Technician will immediately cease your scheduled yard cleaning and leave your yard without completing that scheduled yard cleaning visit. Should this occur our satisfaction guarantee will be void.

If PREMIUM SCOOPERS Service Technician is unable to gain access to your yard because the gate has been locked, you will still be charged for the cleaning; however, PREMIUM SCOOPERS Service Technician will pull double duty the following week.  Your Service Technician will knock at the door and make attempts to call you before skipping your yard that day. You will be notified by text and email. 

Your yard needs to be: lawn (grass) regularly maintained (cut), not be covered with leaves, wood chips, mulch, or hay including long cut grass not raked to ensure proper ability cleaning of dog waste from your yard. If grass is too long or partially covered with leaves or other organic materials it makes it more difficult to spot/clean-up the dog poop.  Failure of a proper maintained yard, we will still clear your yard of dog waste to the best of our visual ability but our satisfaction guarantee will be void.

PREMIUM SCOOPERS Service Technician will not move any objects in your yard like lawn & patio furniture, children toys, planters, flower pots, swing sets, BBQ(s), trampoline(s), picnic table(s). We will do our best to reach under the length of our scooping tools permit but we will not crawl under anything including deck(s).

Price quotes in most cases are accurate; however, no pricing is final until the yard is fully inspected on the first visit. We will communicate with you if there is any price change before starting services. 

All service visits whether reoccurring subscriptions or one time need to be prepaid by e-transfer prior to the scheduled service visit.

If payments are late, you will be subject to a $10 late fee.

If payment is not received before the first cleaning of the month, you will be removed from the service schedule. 

Clients who choose to pause services for any reason will be subject to initial cleaning fees before being added to the monthly service again. 

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting PREMIUM SCOOPERS.

PREMIUM SCOOPERS reserves the right to cancel and discontinue service with any client at any time without prior notice for any reason or liability.

PREMIUM SCOOPERS  reserves the right, at PREMIUM SCOOPERS sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If a revision is material PREMIUM SCOOPERS will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice by email prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at PREMIUM SCOOPERS sole discretion.  By continuing to access and/or use PREMIUM SCOOPERS Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
